Directions
An unusual way of understanding pasta. The classic recipe is enriched with the presence of ginger: fresh, a little spicy, exotic. Pasta with tomato, ginger and shrimp is an ideal first course for all seasons. Easy to prepare, it goes well with fresh white wines.

Blanch 4 tomatoes for a few seconds, then remove the peel and slice them, removing the seeds. Make a diced one and put them in a bowl, adding salt and pepper. |

Fry the onion in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, then sauté the shrimps for a few minutes, until they have browned. |

At this point add the diced tomato, prepared earlier, and cook for a few minutes. |

Add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened. Season with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. |

Cook the pasta in abundant salted water. |

Once drained, season with the prepared sauce. Serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil at the time. |
