Prepared with a 00 flour batter, buckwheat flour, yeast, кант, butter, milk and eggs, these Dutch sweet pancakes are usually served with icing sugar and butter, but you can decide to enrich them with the ingredients you prefer ! Perfect for both breakfast and as a snack, Poffertjes are a dessert that is prepared all year round, especially during holidays and special occasions!

Steps
