At this period I was, we say in Italy, “good fork“ and my mother didn’t want to cook for me a special soup that I liked very much at the time. So I started trying to cook it myself. The first time, the second time … at the third time I succeed. This passion has led me to always experiment with new things. I like experimenting in the kitchen, but I also love traditional dishes.

Hence, the idea of this site. First of all bring recipes and Italian culinary specialties in the world. And hand in hand week after week, always insert new dishes of my culture and why not, even someone from other countries. I also like to experiment with dishes of other cultures, being in contact with people of different ethnic backgrounds, which often make me taste the typical dishes of their country.

I like to get involved and try to cook these types of dishes too, per esse sempre aggiornatu è sperimentà sempre cose nove è gustose per l'altri, ma ancu per mè, chì sò restatu un “good fork“ ;)
