1 sachet Powdered Sugar
Directions
Kissel is a very popular fruit syrup of Russian origin that is prepared by cutting the fruit and cooking it in water and then filtering the liquid and combining it with starch flour, after a short cooking it will be sweetened, cooled and served at the table; kissel is consumed especially after dinner both hot and cold.

Wash the fruit, cut it into cubes if necessary and put it in a saucepan. Add 1 liter of cold water and cook over low heat for half an hour. |

After this period, filter the liquid and put it back to cook by adding the sugar. |

Separately, dissolve the starch flour in a little cold water, then pour it into the fruit syrup. |
